INSTALLATION
1. INSTALL FRONT FLEXIBLE HOSE
|
(a) Attach the 2 new clips (labeled A) to the flexible hose.
|
(b) Using a union nut wrench, connect the flexible hose to the brake tube and wheel cylinder tube while holding the flexible hose with a wrench.
Torque: 15 N·m (155 kgf·cm, 11 ft·lbf)
Torque: 14 N·m (144 kgf·cm, 10 ft·lbf)
NOTICE:

This torque value can be obtained by using a torque wrench with a fulcrum length of 300 mm (11.8 in.) and a union nut wrench with a fulcrum length of 22 mm (0.866 in.)

This torque value is effective when union nut wrench is parallel to the torque wrench.
2. FILL RESERVOIR WITH BRAKE FLUID
3. BLEED AIR FROM BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER
4. BLEED AIR FROM BRAKE LINE
5. BLEED AIR FROM VSC ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY
6. CHECK BRAKE FLUID LEVEL IN RESERVOIR
7. INSPECT FOR BRAKE FLUID LEAK
8. INSTALL FRONT WHEEL
